Greetings all those who are interested enough to read my ramblings (namely my mum and my hubbie :P) Im frightfully chipper considering this is the last day of my weekend and Im going back to work tomorrow :D At least partially this might be due to the fact that I weighed myself this morning and I am down to 112.8! I know, for most people that sounds incredibly overweight, b ut believe me, for me that is a great result....Im chipping away at it ever so slowly. I have been a bit slack this week what with all the working and all, so I know this week I have to be more vigilant.
Im also excited because I only have three days of work this week and then Im going to Brisbane on Friday for my big brissie weekend! yup, Im so excited, Im going to brisbane to see the Lads play at Northside Christian Church, hang with Kelli, we're going to do a little shopping, and she's taking me dancing :D tee hee! We will be in Toowoomba on Saturday for some meeting she has to go to, so a little roadtrip is involved also, and then sunday we will be going to church and generally hanging around :D absolute perfection!!!! :D I am hoping Im not scheduled to work ont he monday, cos I will need a day to recover no doubt! I cant wait to see the Lads play!!!! whoo hoo! I love going on a little adventure every once in a while!
Yup, life is good :D my bedroom suite is here, I got breakfast cooking, two episodes of MASH on tv, and the prospect of a cup of coffee....*sigh* another day in paradise! Until I married Brad, I've never been so happy to be at home...home was never a nice place for me growing up...I always wanted to go out, to go visiting or something so that I didnt have to be alone with my parents.....this is the first time ever that I have felt homesickness when I go away, or when I feel so happy to be in my daggies just hanging around. Being at home is beautiful, life is beautiful, Praise God for contentment in all circumstances :D
